What is the difference between "chatbot only" and "webshop with chatbot"?+
The standalone chatbot knows your catalogue via feed or scrape. It can answer product questions, find the right variant, suggest purchases and add items straight to the cart. Logged-in customers can also ask about their own orders. What it does NOT see is real-time stock, other customers' history or internal operational data, that still lives in your old system. When we build the webshop, the chatbot gets full access: the customer's price group, stock right now, cross-order history, campaigns and automatic action in admin. Then it becomes an active seller, not just a customer-service bot.
Is the chatbot really €0/mo?+
Yes, the module itself is €0/mo. You only pay for the AI usage (typically a few cents per customer conversation). Standard setup via Google Tag Manager is free, we only charge if you need special features that require coding outside GTM.
What do the webshop and the rest cost?+
The Webshop package (tailored shop + basic admin + SEO + chatbot) is €200/mo. Add-on modules have fixed prices. The full package with everything on lands at €800/mo. See /en/pricing for the breakdown, setup costs and competitor comparison. Three months commitment.
What is Dataport?+
Dataport pulls data out of locked systems at the customer (typically Azure, Dynamics, Fabric or other Microsoft-locked layers) and brings it into Astrove for analysis and presentation. You skip Power BI licences and get data in one place, integrated with the rest of your operation.
How long does it take to get started?+
The chatbot alone: live in 5 minutes once we have trained it on your catalogue. Full platform with migration from an existing system: 1–2 weeks. We migrate products, customers and history automatically.
What if I have special requirements?+

Where is the data stored?+
The platform, all customer data and chatbot conversations live 100% on European servers in Nuremberg. Domains and email at a Norwegian provider. The core stack contains no US-owned services, and chatbot data is never sent to third parties.
