Yes. The chatbot works on WooCommerce stores and is trained automatically on the content of your site. Automatic product sync from WooCommerce to the knowledge base is coming in a later version of the plugin.

Then it learns from real use: questions it cannot answer are captured automatically and improved, and a daily analysis job fine-tunes the bot based on actual conversations.
