- Dataport. Pulls data out of Microsoft-locked systems (Azure, Dynamics, Fabric) and builds your own dashboards directly in Astrove. Replaces the Power BI licence.

Is the chatbot really €0/mo?+
Yes. The standalone chatbot has no monthly fee. You only pay for the AI usage that actually happens, and standard setup via Google Tag Manager is free. We only charge if you need special features that require coding outside GTM.
What is included in the Webshop package at €200/mo?+
A tailored webshop, basic admin panel, SEO setup and the AI chatbot, all on the same database. Two one-off setup costs apply: €200 for Google Tag Manager, Search Console and GA4, and €300 for shipping and accounting integrations. The price covers a standard webshop with up to 1,000 products. A larger shop can mean a more extensive setup, which we assess concretely once we see the first draft. Sites with many heavy files may also get a slightly higher monthly price for extra storage.
What does inventory cost on top?+
Inventory management is €100/mo extra, so the package becomes €300/mo in total. You get full stock control: receiving, stock, multi-location, purchase suggestions and automatic allocation.
What is Smart admin?+
An AI assistant in admin plus an email customer desk in the same dashboard. All email and customer contact is gathered in one place, linked to orders, customers and inventory, so the AI can suggest replies and actions based on real operations. €100/mo + AI usage (tokens) by consumption.
What is the commitment period?+
Three months for Norwegian shops. After that the agreement runs monthly with one month notice.
What does the full package with everything on cost?+
Webshop + inventory (€300) + Smart admin (€100) + Google Ads (€100) + Monthly SEO (€100) + Social AI (€200) = €800/mo. You can click "Switch on everything" in the configurator above to see the total update. AI usage (tokens) under Smart admin is billed by consumption.
Can I start with the chatbot and upgrade later?+
Yes. Many start with the standalone chatbot at €0/mo and upgrade to the webshop package when they are ready. Then you avoid switching platforms later, you simply activate more modules in the same system.
How long does it take to get started?+
The standalone chatbot is live 5 minutes after we have trained it on your catalogue. The webshop package typically takes 1–2 weeks from agreement to go-live, depending on the scope of migration and how many products move.
