How Astrove fits real estate.
Real estate is an industry where most customer research happens outside office hours. A home buyer sits on the property portals late in the evening, clicks through listings, and has questions about every property they consider. With a traditional contact form they get an answer the next working day — by which point they have already moved on to the next agent or the next property. The agent loses the lead before the conversation has even begun.
Astrove’s AI chatbot is trained per property. For every listing you publish, we index the prospectus automatically: floor area, service charges, heating, parking, pets, year built, energy rating, survey-report details. The bot answers questions like “can I keep a dog?”, “what are the service charges on the flat?”, “is it central heating or district heating?” precisely, with source references to the listing so the buyer can click through.
Viewing bookings are perhaps the biggest time saver. The bot connects to Outlook, Google Calendar or your CRM, and lets prospects book a viewing directly in your calendar. You get a notification with all the customer details gathered, and the customer gets an automatic confirmation with a calendar entry. For agents running 20–40 viewings a month, that is 5–10 hours a week that would otherwise go to email coordination.
For authenticated bidders (e-ID login), the bot can answer bid-specific questions: “what is the status of my bid?”, “when is the acceptance deadline?”, “can I change my bid?”. What about the bidding flow?+
For non-authenticated visitors, the bot answers general bidding questions (“how does the bidding process work?”, “when is the acceptance deadline?”). For authenticated bidders (via national e-ID schemes such as BankID, MitID or itsme), the bot can give status on their own bids, show bid history, and route questions straight to the agent. We connect to the common bidding portals and can adapt to your own flows.
What about GDPR for prospects and bidders?+
All customer data is stored isolated per tenant on EU servers in Germany and is never used for model training. Contact details from the chat can route into your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive or your own systems) with correct consent handling. We provide a data processing agreement covering the GDPR and the regulatory requirements that apply to estate agents.
What does the solution cost for an agent?+
The chatbot module is €0/month — you pay only for the AI usage that actually happens, typically a few cents per customer conversation, on prepaid credit. You get a free welcome credit — enough for around 100 conversations. Standard setup via Google Tag Manager is free. If you need special integrations (calendar, CRM, e-ID, a bidding system), we quote a fixed price up front — a firm number, not a “starting from” number.
