The customer picks an appointment type (standard eye test, glasses consultation, contact lens fitting, urgent slot for broken glasses), sees available times, and confirms with an SMS reminder 24 hours before.
For the frame catalogue and product information we index your portfolio: frames with prices, brands (Ray-Ban, Persol, Oakley, Tom Ford, house brands), models, colours and lens types. The bot answers specific questions with a source reference to the catalogue. For chains with several stores we integrate with your POS system for real-time stock checks — the customer is pointed to the right store with the desired frame in stock, based on their postcode.

The bot collects the details (lens type, quantity, delivery address), creates the order in your system and connects it to payment. New prescriptions always require an eye exam with an optician — the bot cannot issue a prescription itself. What about warranty and service?+
