We train the bot on your package catalogue (day trips, multi-day packages, custom experiences, cabin rentals, activities), prices, what is included, transport details and cancellation terms. The bot replies in whatever language the guest writes in.
For weather and season questions — a core part of trip planning for outdoor destinations — we set up an integration with weather data services for real-time conditions. The bot can give precise answers to "can I see the northern lights in May?", "is there still snow in April?", "what is the rain forecast for next week?" based on actual data and historical seasonal patterns. For nature experiences (hiking, kayaking, climbing) the bot gives experience-based recommendations by season and weather.
For bookings we run two flows: standard packages (with fixed prices and known capacity) are booked directly in the conversation with payment integration. Custom packages (multi-day tours, group bookings, special arrangements) are qualified with all the relevant details (dates, group size, experience level, special requests, allergies, mobility needs) and routed to a travel consultant.
