For candidates, the bot gathers experience (years, industry, certifications), geographic flexibility, salary expectations, availability (date, percentage), and accepts CV upload directly in the conversation. Conversations stay in your tenant on EU servers in Germany, are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are never shared onwards or used as training data.
