It knows your services, coverage area, response-time commitments and contract types (one-off assignments, monthly subscriptions, alarm contracts, guarding solutions). When a customer asks for the price of guarding an 800 m² warehouse, the bot qualifies them by asking about location, number of employees, opening hours and specific risks, and sends a fully formatted quote request straight to your CRM or inbox with all the relevant details collected.

For sensitive industries, data storage is critical. Astrove runs on European servers in Nuremberg, conversation data is stored in your own tenant in our database, and AI calls go exclusively to EU regions at the LLM and embedding providers. Conversations are never used for model training. If you have confidentiality requirements for specific customer types (public contracts, sensitive buildings), we set up redaction and a stricter logging policy as part of the setup.
