Astrove for fashion stores.

Variants. Returns. Social AI. Collections.

Fashion stores have specific needs: variant explosion (size × colour × collection), high return rates, constant content production for social media, and tight cycles around seasons and campaigns. Astrove handles this natively: a full variant model, a returns flow with carrier integration, social AI that generates content in your brand tone, and an AI assistant that predicts which collections will sell out first.

The difference. 01

In depth. 03

How Astrove fits fashion stores.

Fashion stores have a kind of complexity most e-commerce platforms only half-handle: variant explosion. A single T-shirt product can have 4 colours × 6 sizes = 24 SKUs, each with its own stock, its own image and potentially its own price. On Shopify this often requires plugins like Variant Lister or Bold Product Options, each with its own licences and breaking points. On WooCommerce it means WP maintenance and plugin juggling. Astrove has a full variant model natively in the core.

Return rates in fashion are typically 20–40% — significantly higher than general e-commerce. A good returns flow decides whether the customer comes back for the next purchase or blocks your store. Astrove’s returns module lets the customer initiate a return in the customer portal, generates a carrier label automatically, registers the return on arrival, creates a credit note in your accounting system, and updates stock in real time. The whole flow is self-served — your support team stops handling standard returns manually.

Social media is the channel fashion brands live on, and content production is a constant cost. Astrove’s social AI module generates drafts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Bluesky and X in your brand tone, with built-in AI image generation. Triggers can be set automatically: new collection launched → 5 post drafts queued, low stock on a popular variant → a “last chance” post, season change → campaign drafts. You approve before publishing, or let the AI publish directly within pre-approved boundaries.

The AI assistant reads your sales data and predicts which collections are likely to sell out first, so you can order restocks from suppliers before a shortage occurs. It suggests markdowns on items that have sat still too long, and can automatically launch campaigns with Klarna or Stripe checkout. For international fashion stores, multi-currency (EUR, GBP, SEK, DKK, USD) and multi-language are native, with correct VAT handling per country.

FAQ. 04

How does Astrove handle variants (size/colour)?+

Natively, in the core. Every variant has its own SKU, stock, price (which can differ), image and barcode. You can have one product with 4 colours × 6 sizes = 24 variants — all shown as a single product on the frontend but tracked separately in stock.

What about the returns flow?+

The returns module handles the whole flow: the customer initiates a return in the customer portal, gets a return label from your carrier, the return is registered on arrival, and a credit note is created automatically. Your accounting system stays in sync.

Can AI help with social-media content?+

Yes. The social AI module generates drafts for Meta (Instagram/Facebook), TikTok, LinkedIn, Bluesky and X in your brand tone, with built-in AI image generation. Triggered automatically on new products, collection launches and low stock.

What about collection management?+

You can group products into collections with their own campaign prices, launch dates and marketing hooks. The AI assistant predicts which collections are likely to sell out first and suggests restocking or markdowns.

International sales?+

Multi-currency and multi-language are native in the store. Tax and customs are handled per country (requires setup). Klarna and Stripe cover checkout across the EU. If you sell globally outside the EU, international shipping setup is more complex — we do it, but it is a separate customisation.
