We train the bot on your package list (portrait shoots, weddings, family, product, headshots, events), prices, what is included, delivery times, and rights to the images. The bot answers specific questions with source references to your own price list, and qualifies the client before a consultation is set up.
For weddings and large events the bot runs a structured qualification flow: date, location (local vs travel), scope (full-day vs partial), number of guests, type of event, preferred delivery (photo book, USB, online gallery, social-media formats), budget range. A qualified lead is routed straight to you with a neatly formatted summary — you get a serious enquiry with all the relevant details, not a vague “I’m looking for a photographer for a wedding next summer” message.
For standard assignments with clear package prices (portrait shoots, headshots, family photos) the client can book directly into your calendar without a consultation. We connect to Outlook, Google Calendar or a custom solution.
